At fedex express, the leo (tablet) has gps Dispatch can see in real time where drivers are, managers can call dispatch whenever they wish to get updates—locations, how many stops a driver has left, etc If your package has a senseaware then it tracks the package in real time also. I am missing a fedex ground package and all i have is the pick up confirmation number

I set up a pick up from a hotel where i left a bag I opened an account, added a credit card and set up the pickup through fedex ground The package was picked up the next day from the hotel, the manager texted me. It last scanned as arrived at fedex location in greenwood, indiana (after it had already left there and went to indianapolis then back) and now it hasn't moved in 8 days
I filed a claim and never heard back Are we allowed to go to a fedex facility and ask to pick up our package Or would it be just too hard to locate? Apparently, fedex cannot track your package without your tracking number
So if you lose the single piece of paper with the tracking number on it, you have no options —they cannot track the package with the recipient.
To speak to a customer service rep at fedex, do the following Just wait and you'll be transferred to a customer service rep. The item may be coming freight (shipper said it would be freight as it's 115lb, but the tracking email says fedex home delivery so i'm unclear about that)
