This may sound crazy but i don't think any of these 3rd party identity verification services are actually doing any verifying They're not doing id verification. Does anyone know any reasoning for why ondato verification wouldn’t be working for me I am kind of at a loss of what to do

Image must be clear your id must be fully in frame must be in color text must be clearly visible background must be minimal image should not be edited, resized or rotated image files must be.png or.jpg must be under 7mb in size id must be valid and not expired facial verification is required so the face must be clear follow the video instructions as mentioned above Trying to use my webcam.
